What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, phone number, email (if given), town or Eircode, details about the job, any photos you attach, and how you heard about us.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you choose to send us directly.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange samples or a visit, and carry out any work you ask us to do. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is sent to us by email. Photos you upload are stored securely so we can view them. We don't sell or share your details for marketing. Our website host (Cloudflare) processes data on our behalf to run the site and the quote form.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. If we do work for you, we keep the records we need for accounts and warranty questions.

Cookies and statistics

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-friendly visitor statistics that don't use cookies or identify you. If you use the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
